I advise. Weekly sessions with founders and their leadership teams. I don't execute, and I don't make your decisions. Every call you make in your business is yours, including the ones we discuss.
Nothing on this site or in a session is legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Hire licensed professionals for those. My work is business judgment, offered in good faith, without warranty.
Advisory work runs month to month, paid in advance. Either of us can end it at the end of any month. A month already started isn't refunded.
The engagement agreement we both sign governs the work. Where it differs from this page, the agreement wins.
What you share with me stays with me. I don't discuss your numbers, your team, or your problems without permission. Case studies on this site are published with permission or anonymized.
The writing here is mine. Read it, link to it, quote it with credit. Don't scrape it, republish it, or sell it.
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for decisions made based on what you read here.
I update these terms when something changes. The date at the top tells you when.
